I have worked mostly in interactive audio, music and sound for games, as well as film music/sound/post. I was nominated for Excellence in Audio in the IGF 2016 Festival for That Dragon, Cancer, which went on to win a BAFTA in 2017 along with numerous other awards. My music was also in the film Thank You For Playing, which won a 2017 Emmy for Outstanding Arts and Culture Documentary.
I started playing piano at the age of four, and my life has revolved around music and sound ever since. I hold a BA in Music Composition, have done many original works and arrangements for various ensembles, and my music has been performed around the world.
I have produced many hours of music, thousands of lines of dialogue for games, completed sound design and post on several short films, and have a working knowledge of the entire audio production pipeline for mixed media.
I have extensive experience working within the Unity game engine, including the following:
Adaptive music systems
Sound propagation systems
360 Audio for VR
Editor extensions/custom tools
Many sound design implementations with a focus on systems that go far beyond simple one-shots/loops to reinforce immersion
